Low Carb Pancakes

1/4 cup of ground flax seed 
1/2 tsp baking soda , pinch of salt 
1 pkt of stevia 
1 tsp ground cinnamon mix that up first then 
add 1 egg 
2 tbls almond milk 
1 tsp coconut oil mix it all up then pour into buttered pan and cook exactly like a pancake

Top with low carb whipped topping , sugar free syrup and berries 


carbs in 1/4 cup of flaxseed

 Dietary Fiber 9.9g40%
 Sugars 0.56g 
Protein 6.63g 

depending on ur toppings , you will need to factor in for your total intake on this dish
