4. What are Penny Items ?
- Certain stores , clear out discontinued items and mark them to a penny so they are easier fot employees to scan and remove from the floor that was the original intent of Penny Items but since customers were complaining when they were not allowed to buy them . Dollar General for one changed the policy and will allow you to purchase what is in your cart. They will then remove what is left on the shelf. It is best not to ask for the Penny Sale just do research of different group posts and I have a list on my here to let you know what pennies.
